ABOUT SOPHIA (FOUNDER, ARTSUPPORT)

With over a decade of experience in the Australian arts sector, I understand the challenges artists and arts professionals face. I’ve worked with hundreds of artists and arts workers, helping them navigate key areas like pricing, marketing, networking, and managing the business side of their careers. I know how overwhelming it can be to balance the creative process with the practical demands of building a sustainable career.

No matter where you are in your practice, there are times when you need professional support to help you move forward. Whether you're just starting out in the industry, looking to take the next step in your career, seeking advice on an upcoming project, or just looking for general guidance, I’m here to help. 

My experience spans both the public and private sectors of the Australian arts industry, including local government, commercial galleries, cultural festivals, production companies, and national art fairs. I hold a Master of Business (Arts & Cultural Management), a Bachelor of Design Arts (Visual Arts), and a Diploma of Fine Arts. These experiences have equipped me with a broad understanding of the arts industry and how to support artists and arts workers at every stage of their careers.
